- 150 gr bacon (half pack)
- Salt to taste or chicken spice

- Rub chicken with salt
- Fry chicken on both sides till golden brown, then remove from pan.
- Fry onions in same pan till light brown
- Add tomatoe sauce, worcester sauce and chutney to the onion and bring to boil, simmer for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Pack chicken portions into oven tray and pour sauce over the pieces.
- Sprinkle curry powder over chicken portions.
- Cover chicken portions with strips of bacon.
- Cover tray with tinfoil and bake for 1hour at 180 'C
- Remove foil and bake for additional 30min
- Serve with vegetables
