- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red chilli

- 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin seeds
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 200 gm chopped onion
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
- Manda patti as required
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp water or as required

- In frying pan, add oil, mince and mix well until changes color
- Add g.g paste, add crushed coriander seeds, crushed cumin seeds, red chilli powder, chilli flakes,black pepper, salt mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add fresh coriander and chopped onion and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
Let it cool down - In small bowl add flour, water and mix well to make a smooth paste and set aside.
- Take manda patti and make pocket, add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with flour and water paste.
- Similarly make other samosas (make about 16 to 18).
Place in airtight box and freeze and save for iftar.
