  10. 1 tsp fine dhanya
  11. 2 tsp chillie powder (adjust to taste)
  12. 2 medium grated tomatoes
  13. Potatoes
  14. 1-2 tsp tomato purée
  15. Freshly chopped dhania

Instructions to make to make Chicken curry

  1. Method
  2. Heat the oil and ghee. Add whole jeero and onion. Braise. Add ginger garlic.

    Add chicken, salt, hayder, fine jeero and fine dhanya. Cook for approx 15 min.

    Add tomatoes and Chillie powder. Cook on medium till tomatoes are done. Add potatoes and boiling water. Cook till potatoes are done. Add tomato paste and boiling water to make a thick gravy.

    When done garnish with finely chopped dhania.

    Serve with rice, Roti or bread.
