- Then heat oil in a big pot add chopped onion saute it add ginger garlic paste and green chilli then saute.. add chopped tomato and salt then saute 2 mins add (cinnamon,cumin, black pepper powder) and saute mix everything well.
- Then layer half cooked rice evenly. At the bottom add roasted dry fruits, chopped coriander leaves, add brown onion and roasted chicken pieces. Spread rice in a layer over the chicken.
- And do the same layer into the rice and add saffron milk and desi ghee.. Cover a pot and cook on a medium flame until the rice is done to your liking.
