- 1 Kg Chicken
- 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons Cumin powder

- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 5 Cloves
- 2 Green Cardamoms
- 2 tablespoons Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 medium size grated Onions
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder

- 1 tablespoon beaten Yogurt
- 3 tablespoons Kashmiri Red Chili paste
- 2 Bay leaves

- 1/2 teaspoon Ghee (Clarified Butter)

- Use 1 Kg Chicken for this recipe
- Add 1 tablespoon Coriander powder in a bowl

- Add 2 Bay leaves
- Add the Chicken pieces
- Mix the Chicken with spices properly for 10 minutes
- Add 1 teaspoon Salt
- Add warm Water as per requirement and mix
- Cover and cook for 25 minutes in medium heat
- After 25 minutes cooking, open cover
- Add 1/2 teaspoon Ghee (Clarified Butter)
- Add 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala and mix
- Switch off heat and cover for 5 minutes
