- 500 gms Chicken
- 2 tsp Curd
- 3-4 drop lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Ginger garlic paste
- As Per Taste Salt
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 tsp. Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1 tbs. Ghee
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- For bhuna masala
- 2 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Sahi jeera
- 1 tsp Cumin
- As Per Taste Black pepper
- 3 cloves
Steps to make to make Chicken Bhuna Masala
- Hit pan & fry all masala (bhuna) in the pan on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Then grind it in a mixture grinder.

- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder & salt for 30 minutes. Then heat oil in kadai & fry marinated Chicken.

- In another frying pan, heat oil & ghee. Fry chopped onions till golden brown. Then add curd & lemon juice. stir fry. Then add 1/2 cup warm water & boil it. Add Chicken to it. Cover & cook it for 15 minutes on low flame.



- When the Chicken turns soft, add 2 tsp. Bhuna masala & cook it for 3 to 4 minutes in medium to low flame. Then add chopped coriander leaves & turn off the gas flame. Chicken Bhuna Masala is ready to be served. Serve it as a Snack or with Paratha.
